Where do you ship and what are the costs?

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. and offer free shipping on all orders over $50. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we don't offer rush shipping. All orders ship via standard ground or priority mail.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that orders traveling farther from our Minneapolis, MN location may take longer.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

Once your package leaves our facility, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. We’re unable to control delays, reroute shipments, or replace lost or stolen packages.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, such as a melted candle, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To prevent damage from extreme temperatures, avoid leaving packages outside for long periods.

How long do your candles last?

To ensure the best fragrance experience, we recommend burning your candle within a year of purchase, as we don’t use preservatives.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Our candles are designed to be safe for most homes, but every pet is different. We recommend using fragranced products in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets and children. Some essential oils may not be suitable for certain animals, so if you have concerns, consult your veterinarian.
